How to volunteer?
Using the links provided you have hopefully found your answers and now want to get in touch about volunteering. To do this you can either complete the contact form (opens in new window), send us an email or give us a call.
Once you have contacted us via your chosen method, we aim to respond to you within the 3 working days. When we contact you we will have a discussion about the chosen area(s) you wish to volunteer in and also look to get some more information from you to help with our on-boarding process. After we have obtained your details we will aim to be back in touch with you within a week where will will confirm the date for your introductory visit to the railway. On the day you visit the railway you will have an opportunity to meet your head of department, chat to other volunteers as well as look around your chosen area and explore the railway.
