On your visit to the Churnet Valley Railway please do find time to have a look around our Souvenir Shop, located opposite the Water Tower at Kingsley & Froghall station, where you can browse for that special memento to take home. Internally refurbished during January 2016, the shop's welcoming volunteers look forward to meeting and greeting each and everyone of our guests.

For the Railway Enthusiast amongst you we stock a small range of 00 gauge model railway items, including some Rolling Stock, Skaledale accessories and Oxford Diecast Vehicles (1.76 scale). You will also find a selection of Railway Books (new and second-hand), Railway Prints, Railway DVD’s, and the North Staffordshire Railway Company's (NSRC) tri-annual journal “The Knotty”.
Plus, we now have available our Fifth edition of our Souvenir Guidebook, released during 2016!
We stock a range of gifts for Ladies and Gentlemen, including Calendars; Jigsaws; Mugs; Recipe Books, Memorabilia Packs; Playing Cards; and Train Socks.
There is also a variety of reasonably priced toys for children, as well as the ever popular Thomas the Tank Engine toys, Engine Driver Hats, Soft Toys, Train Sets and Teamsters Models.
Please call in when visiting the Railway, which is open on all public running days. Closing Times vary according to the day's timetabled services, so make sure to check these whilst at Froghall before boarding for your journey through Staffordshire's Little Switzerland.
