Following a substantial delay in securing refunds back from suppliers, we are now able to speed up refunds to our customers. We are exceptionally grateful for the patience and resolve of our loyal customers.
Understandably some customers have become frustrated and angry at this delay. It is very much regrettable that this delay has occurred.
We have many emails and phone messages which we are collating, these will be processed alongside customers who have patiently been waiting their refunds. We will issue another update in the coming days.
All customers who have kindly agreed to defer bookings for Dining Trains from 2020 until 2021 will be receiving emails with instructions on how to re-book in the coming days. You will be given priority in selecting dates before we open bookings to others.
Those customers who have kindly agreed to defer Santa & Steam 2020 bookings will be receiving an email early in June when we open bookings for Santa & Steam 2021. Again, you will be given priority in selecting dates before we open bookings to others.
We are extremely grateful to customers who have deferred bookings, this has meant a lot to the volunteer staff at the Railway.
