We are delighted to announce that ex LNER N7 No. 69621 will be staying at the Churnet Valley Railway until the 31st of December 2013.
After discussions with the East Anglian Railway Museum they have decided to keep the locomotive based at the CVR for the immediate future.
69621 will therefore be one of the locomotives set to feature at the CVR’s Winter Steam Gala on the 23/24th of February 2013. 69621 is expected to see action on the freight train as well as over the line to Cauldon Lowe.
