Following the success of our 2025 season, our popular Evening Specials return in 2026 with additional departures.
Our trip starts at Froghall Station at 18:30. From here, we head into the Churnet Valley, stopping at Consall and Cheddleton before returning to Froghall after an enjoyable evening journey through the Staffordshire Moorlands.
New for 2026, we will be running additional evening services departing Froghall at 19:00 on selected dates:
Wednesdays – June to September
Fridays – July to September
These later departures offer a relaxed summer evening steam train experience through the beautiful Churnet Valley.
